Brief : Passionate about knowledge, psychological culture, and helping others, I strive to empower my clients to achieve the quality of life they desire and aspire to. I entered the world of coaching in 2012 after obtaining my Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Through a journey of self-discovery, I was able to understand my strengths and successfully achieve my goals. My private coaching journey began in 2014, and I achieved full independence from my job in 2019. I obtained accreditation from the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and my journey continues. With over 16 years of managerial experience in diverse semi-governmental organizations and private entities, I have worked in management and training roles. I utilize licensed tools such as the Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I 2.0), 360-degree Leadership (EQ360), and the Birkman Method assessments with my clients to enrich the coaching process and enhance their self-awareness. I have a deep passion for languages, literature, history, visual and auditory arts, finding inspiration in drawing, writing, and photography. I seek to expand my horizons and knowledge in understanding the human psyche to create a valuable human experience.
